Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen and are willing to work with you, if this happens call ASAP. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee for the total services booked. If you are running late let me know ASAP, after 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled.
